Guide to building a science machine

The science machine is a vital component in the crafting process. Without the use of the science machine, your character will not be able to craft many useful tools. In order to construct a science machine you will need to collect one gold nugget, four logs, and 4 rocks. The gold nugget and rocks can be acquired by mining dark grey boulders with the pick axe. The logs can be gathered by chopping down a hemlock tree with the axe. Once all of the components are gathered, the science machine can be crafted using the science tab of the crafting menu. When you first make your science machine, be sure to place it in an appropriate area that you have easy access to. Once crafted, the science machine will give the player the ability to craft higher tiered tools, thus increasing chances of survival.
